The Export Division of the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries will be purchasing Green Ginger from January 11, 2010 through to March 19, 2010, to be delivered to its warehouse or collected in the field.

FACTS:

• J$40.00 per lb or $88.18 per kg
• Only clean and disease-free ginger rhizomes will be accepted
• Minimum order for field collection is 4,000 lbs. (approx 1,814 kg)
• Minimum order for warehouse delivery is 500 lbs. or 227 kg.
• Payment:

1. By Bank Transfer: Payments are effected within 48 hours.
2. By Cheques: On Tuesdays and Thursdays (conditions apply)
